Questions about your MyStudio-Stripe payout schedule?

When a payment transaction is made, the funds pass through various financial institutions before reaching your business bank account. We often describe this process using the transaction time (T) plus the number of business days (X) to deposit the funds into your account. As of February 1, 2025, MyStudio, along with our payment partner Stripe, offers rapid T+1 funding for all of our customers, meaning that once a transaction is processed, the funds will be available in your account the following business day. Some MyStudio customers remain on legacy funding cycles, such as T+2 (US & AU) or T+3 (CAN & UK). We’ve gathered some graphics below to help visualize how your funding works. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer care team is happy to help. They can be reached by chat or phone at (757) 997-1233.

Examples of varied T+ transaction timings

The graphic below illustrates the timing of different T+ funding scenarios. Please note that transactions processed late in the day—after midnight UTC (8:00 PM EST)—will not post until the following business day, at which point the expected timing will apply. Additionally, bank holidays and weekends can affect these schedules, as T+ timing is based on business days, not calendar days.

Understanding weekend & holiday transactions

T+ funding is based on bank business days, so weekends and holidays can impact the timing of your funds. When a transaction occurs on a non-business day, such as a weekend or holiday, the processing won't begin until the next business day. From that point, your usual T+ timing will apply. Any delay caused by non-business days will shift the funding schedule accordingly.
